Mr. Coleman's industry experience includes:
Vice-president of Associated
Television,
a full service
television and entertainment corporation, for the past 17
years, where Mr. Coleman's responsibilities were in domestic
syndication, advertising sales, production,
finance, and
negotiations with international governments for location
considerations.
Before Mr. Coleman's
current tenure, he served as Manager of Syndication for Intercontinental Releasing,
that produces and distributes American made films for the international
market.
Mr. Coleman's past
experience lies in the financial market, and includes
managing a branch office of a New York Stock Exchange brokerage
house.

- James Bishop
/ Principal
Mr. Bishop's career started in the
70's where he was involved with four-walling rock and horror
films as the "Midnight Movies" for Don Kirschner, and provided
marketing services to independent film producers.
In 1993 he co-founded
Strategic Integration Services, a digital
marketing consultancy, specializing
in incorporating new digital technologies into an over-all
marketing plan for businesses, where he is still active as a
consultant.
Mr. Bishop
brings 30+ years experience in the development, marketing and
sales of entertainment content, entertainment brands and talent
development to ec+m. James specific expertise is in brand
management, digital content platform distribution technology,
business development, monetization, strategic planning , branded
entertainment and talent endorsement management.
His
continued business goals include the further
development of successful brands and talent under the EC+M
umbrella, the expansion of EC+M branded entertainment, and new
monetization models.

Fagot
- John's music career began in
promotion for Columbia Records
in the Carolinas, Atlanta, and Dallas where he was promoted
to National Director of Pop Promotion in New York. He was
named Sr. VP of Promotion overseeing all aspects of radio
promotion for Columbia Records
and worked for CBS for
over 12 years. After that he was Sr. VP of Promotion for
Capitol Records in Los
Angeles, during which Capitol had the most successful years
in its history in terms of both breaking acts and profits.
After 8 years with Capitol
he moved to Disney
and
Hollywood Records
as Sr.
VP of Promotion.
